Dylan’s Big Snub!

Earlier, this month Bob Dylan received the Nobel Prize for literature, one of the highest honors in any industry. When the announcement of the prize had been made there had been a lot of questions of whether a songwriter deserved to win a prize for literature. After all, its Bob Dylan and saying that his music and poetic and heart-touching is a large understatement.

The reason why Dylan is in the news again is because he has refused to even make any comment or statement or even get in touch with the Swedish Academy regarding his Nobel prize nor did his management. A member of the Swedish Academy called it “impolite and unprecedented” he told Swedish television.

Do you think that Dylan is being extremely rude, he is known for being a difficult person in the music industry as well as not making appearance alone on stage? Do you think he even deserved it in the first place not being a traditional writer?
