Bruno Mars and Mark Ronson Sued For 2nd Time!

Here we go again. Bruno Mars and Mark Ronson are being sued for the 2nd time for their hit track ‘Uptown Funk’ which has sold over 6 million copies and been viewed almost 2 billion times on YouTube.

This time it’s not by The Gap Band who Mars and Ronson had to pay 17% of royalties to. It is a 1980’s funk band by the name of ‘Collage’ who claim that their song ‘Youn Girl’ is identical to Uptown Funk in terms rhythm, harmony, melody, and structure.

Here are both of the videos:

Listening to this, they do seem extremely identical and I hope it’s just pure coincidence at least for Bruno Mars and Mark Ronson’s sake.
